早上飛機到達的，八點多就到酒店了，想提前入住另付了3000P辦理提前入住（有點貴）房間淋浴噴頭漏水，牙刷牙膏配置很差，吹風機風量下小，比較差，長頭髮客戶使用會有點尷尬… 入住的房間在wing3，很不好找，沒有標識，走錯了去了wing2. 這個酒店的服務是都需要另外給錢，願意給錢的話，服務是還可以的. 酒店到機場沒有免費的，早上6:30出發去機場，擺渡車要付費2500p，比打車還貴，後來酒店代叫出租車需要另加100P，結果到機場了司機説沒有打表，給了500P. 酒店位置不是很好，但高峰期非常堵車但是沙灘泳池還不錯，很漂亮.樓下sports bar餐廳味道還不錯，服務員態度很好.

시설, 뷰, 음식점도 끝내줍니다 다만 위치와 프라이빗 비치의 청결도가 조금 걸리는 점이긴 해요.. 위치는 너무 구석에 있고 프라이빗 비치는.. 들어가서 놀기가 조금 꺼려지는 느낌이에요 하지만 리조트 내 수영장이 워낙 커서 거기서 놀면 됩니다 리조트 내 음식점의 음식 퀄리티들이 너무 좋아서 그 점도 만족스러워요

시내랑 많이떨어진 막탄 맨 끝자락의 위치! 조용히 휴양하실거면 여기 나쁘지 않아요! 저흰 호캉스라 일부러 여기 클럽룸으로 예약해 한번도 나가지 않고 호텔서만 보냈어요 진정한 힐링타임~~~ 감사감사:)

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Dusit Thani, For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose Dusit thank by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is because of the service given to us! The pool , beach breakfast:) it was amazing! Thank you Dusit thani;) it was a delightful experienced indeed.

何から何まで素晴らしい！ロケーションや部屋、プールなどの施設、レストラン、朝食、どれをとっても非日常を感じることができますが、何より素晴らしかったのがスタッフの方々の対応です。こんな高級リゾートに泊まるのは初めてでしたが、何から何まで嫌な顔ひとつすることなく、丁寧に教えいただき、案內していただきました。挨拶ひとつにしても、「おもてなし」の心をここまで感じたことは日本以外で初めてです。日本以上かもしれません。感動しました！！本當に素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフの皆さん、本當にありがとうございました😊 今度は家族を連れて來ようと思います。

全體的にキレイなホテル。ホテルの周辺は何も無いため、ホテル內で過ごすことになるが、そのわりにはホテル內のビリヤードや卓球檯は1つしかないため、利用することができなかった。ホテル內のレストランの料理はとても美味しかった。海・プールの道具はタオルのみ無料で貸してもらえ、ゴーグル、浮き輪は有料でした。

Very nice hotel however very far..amenity and service wise, same with the rest of the 5🌠 resorts in Mactan..breakfast buffet as well is very satisfying 👍👍

This hotel has one of the most jaw-dropping infinity pool! Look no further! There is a private beach but the sand is not fine, rather stony and painful to step on. Still, a hotel in Cebu that has a private beach is rare. Room is sizeable and breakfast is currently had at the Dusit Club, as the main restaurant is under restoration. Location is a bit remote as it is almost at the end of the tip of Lapu Lapu Island.

Outstanding Service & Staff, very nice lobby, pool and restaurants. The beach is impossible to visit without beach or dive shoes because it's not a sand beach but small, sharp stones beach. The view and maintenance of this beach is stunning. Our room was ok & clean but musty. Our biggest disappointment was at the restaurant. First, we ordered the Poseidon Platter (2700php).. Not available today, sir. Then we ordered each the Sea Bass dish (1500php).... Not available today, sir. Ended up eating burgers. Conclusion: I enjoyed my stay, loved the view and pool, and enjoyed the food i was served, but at the current price of a stay in this hotel, I expected more.
